I'm Charlotte, menopause nutritionist and founder of The Menopause Kitchen®. Menopause is inevitable, but its impact on our health isn't. I believe food is key to laying the foundations for optimal health and a positive experience of perimenopause and beyond.

You'll get instant access to a growing library of over 200 ad-free recipes. There's a mix of make-ahead recipes and quick-assembly meals. Each recipe includes notes on ingredients and cooking. You'll find breakfast, lunch, salad, dips & dressings, soup, dinner, sides, sweet, drinks, vegan, celebration and how-to recipes in the Hub. Most take around 30 minutes and require basic equipment. I love introducing you to new ingredients, flavour profiles and cuisines but aim to create recipes using affordable, easy-to-source ingredients. New recipes are added every week. The Recipe Hub includes nutrition resources to help you plan nutritionally-balanced meals that include the foods you love and want to eat. You can save recipes to your favourites and there's a downloadable, editable weekly meal plan template to help simplify meal planning. There is also a collection of done-for-you meal plans for inspiration and extra guidance.
The Menopause.Rescripted® Community is a safe space - completely private and away from the noise of social media - where you can be open about your experience of perimenopause and beyond. Exclusive events in the Community offer unique experiences such as regular challenges, Q&As, cooking classes and chats with guest experts.

My dream for The Menopause Kitchen® was to empower women to take ownership of their health through nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Navigating perimenopause and life beyond can make us feel powerless and completely out of control and although we can't avoid menopause, we do have ownership over how we care for and nourish our bodies; we can prioritise ourselves and our health to change or 'rescript' our experience of menopause.
My philosophy isn't about controlling food in a negative or restrictive way, it's about health empowerment, abundance and encouraging positive action on a journey that can be incredibly difficult.

No, you can cancel anytime. If you choose the annual plan and decide to cancel, your plan remains valid until the end of the current year that you've already paid for. For the monthly plan, your subscription remains valid until your usual renewal/payment date.

Yes, all the recipes are naturally gluten-free and many are dairy-free. Those that contain dairy can be easily be modified with the tips and suggestions provided in the recipe post info.
The recipe catalogue is easy to navigate with recipes split into breakfast; lunchbox friendly; salads, dips & dressings; soup; dinner; sides; sweet treats; vegan; batch cook; how-to; and celebration. There is also a search bar to help you find what you're looking for.
Yes you can print recipes, with or without the recipe image. You can also change the yield on recipes and switch to cook mode so your screen won't switch off when you're cooking.
