This homemade frozen yoghurt bark is beyond easy. It takes just five ingredients and five minutes to whip up, then sit back and allow to freeze! It’s healthy, delicious and the perfect dessert for hot days.

Would you believe me if I told you there are just 5 ingredients in this recipe? Yep. It’s just a simple combination of:
- Yoghurt
- Vanilla extract
- Honey (or maple syrup)
- Dried cranberries
- Pistachios
That’s it! You can also substitute the cranberries and pistachios with any dried fruit or nut of your choice – so many options!
HOW TO MAKE FROZEN YOGURT BARK
It couldn’t be easier! Simply mix yoghurt, vanilla and honey together, transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment, smooth with a spatula and then scatter with the dried cranberries and pistachios. Freeze for at least five hours, or overnight. Remove from the fridge and break into chunks to serve.
WHICH TYPE OF YOGURT IS BEST TO USE?
Use plain yoghurt with no added sugar. Grass-fed dairy yoghurt, Greek yoghurt and coconut yoghurt all work, it’s totally up to you.

Cranberry and pistachio frozen yoghurt bark
Ingredients
- 400 g full fat Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp pistachios roughly chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with plastic-free parchment paper. Place the yoghurt, vanilla extract and honey in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Transfer to the prepared tray and smooth with a spatula. Scatter with the cranberries and pistachios and freeze for at least 5 hours (or overnight). Remove from the freezer and break into chunks to serve.
