Try this refreshing raspberry mojito instead of your usual tipple. Fruity, refreshing and oh so pretty, you won’t be missing out!

REFRESHING RASPBERRY MOJITO INGREDIENTS

You only need a handful of ingredients to make this pretty pink drink:

  • Mint: Fresh mint is the key ingredient of a mojito!
  • Lemons: Just two fresh lemons, one to juice and another to slice.
  • Fresh raspberries: To add a fruity raspberry pop!
  • Ice: Essential for a refreshing drink.
  • Kombucha: I use Remedy raspberry kombucha. This kombucha is made from raspberry, hibiscus, green and black teas. It’s gently energising and rejuvenating, very low-sugar and works perfectly in this alcohol-free mojito.

HOW TO MAKE A REFRESHING RASPBERRY MOJITO

Make this refreshing mocktail in just two simple steps:

  1. Bash the mint with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin. Divide the mint, lemon juice, lemon slices and raspberries between serving glasses and fill with ice.
  2. Pour over the kombucha.

That’s it! Add a straw, a few fresh raspberries and fresh mint sprigs to serve. Simple and delicious.
