REFRESHING RASPBERRY MOJITO INGREDIENTS
You only need a handful of ingredients to make this pretty pink drink:
- Mint: Fresh mint is the key ingredient of a mojito!
- Lemons: Just two fresh lemons, one to juice and another to slice.
- Fresh raspberries: To add a fruity raspberry pop!
- Ice: Essential for a refreshing drink.
- Kombucha: I use Remedy raspberry kombucha. This kombucha is made from raspberry, hibiscus, green and black teas. It’s gently energising and rejuvenating, very low-sugar and works perfectly in this alcohol-free mojito.
HOW TO MAKE A REFRESHING RASPBERRY MOJITO
Make this refreshing mocktail in just two simple steps:
- Bash the mint with a muddler or the end of a rolling pin. Divide the mint, lemon juice, lemon slices and raspberries between serving glasses and fill with ice.
- Pour over the kombucha.
That’s it! Add a straw, a few fresh raspberries and fresh mint sprigs to serve. Simple and delicious.
