Serve this vibrant green soup with my homemade easy seedy crackers.

Super-green soup
Ingredients
- 450 g frozen peas thawed
- 450 ml vegetable stock
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Place the peas, stock, salt and pepper in a large saucepan and blend with a stick blender until smooth.
- Place the saucepan over a medium heat, bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Divide between serving bowls and top with chia seed crackers to serve.
