Menopause acupuncture offers a gentle and relaxing treatment to help relieve the symptoms of perimenopause. It works by regulating hormones to reduce the severity and frequency of symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, anxiety, headaches, insomina and more.

Facial acupuncture offers a natural non-surgical alternative to injections, fillers and chemical treatments. It involves placing tiny, painless acupuncture needles into various points on the face to effectively lift, plump and smooth fine lines and wrinkles.
Cosmetic acupuncture works by increasing blood circulation and regulating hormones to support lymphatic drainage and detoxification resulting in clearer and brighter skin, stimulating collagen production to plump up the skin and tightening facial muscles to lift and firm.

What are the benefits of acupuncture?
Treatment is aimed at the root cause as well as symptoms. This approach helps address your main reason for treatment but also enhances your feeling of wellbeing. You may notice other niggling problems improve that you weren't expecting!

Is acupuncture safe?
Yes, the risk of serious adverse reaction to acupuncture is less than 1 in 10,000.
Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles I use are incredibly fine (As fine as human hair!). The sensation is nothing like an injection. It is a unique feeling often described as tingling or a dull ache. Most people find acupuncture treatment relaxing.
How many treatments will I need?
Treatment is tailored to each individual so the frequency and number of treatments depend on you individual circumstances such as lifestyle and the severity and duration of your symptoms. Some people enjoy monthly treatments to help maintain wellbeing or maintain results for cosmetic acupuncture.
Where will you put the needles?
Most acupuncture points lie on the hands, arms, legs and feet. I may also use points on your abdomen, back and face. If you are having cosmetic acupuncture, the needles will be concentrated on your face.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that will allow me easy access to your lower legs and feet, arms and hands. Tight jeans aren't a good idea!

What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments must be paid for on booking. I operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, with the full cost of your appointment payable if the required notice isn't provided.
